1. SoParse stores no content

SoParse is a link-parsing and format-conversion tool. We do not upload, host or store any video, image or audio file; all content remains hosted by its original platform and owned by its creators. We only temporarily resolve the media address of public content when you submit a link.

2. Filing a takedown notice

If you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe content is improperly accessed via this tool, email [email protected] with the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work and its original URL;
• The specific link or page you want addressed;
• Your contact details (name, email);
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized, that the notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

3. Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review and act within a reasonable time (typically 24–48 hours), e.g. by blocking the relevant link. As content is hosted on the original platform, please also contact that platform for complete removal.

4. User responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring their downloading and use comply with each platform's terms and local law; downloads are for personal study and backup only and must not be used for commercial distribution or infringement. See our Terms.
