1. SoParse 不存储内容1. SoParse stores no content

SoParse 是一个链接解析与格式转换工具。我们不上传、不托管、不存储任何视频、图片或音频文件；所有内容仍由其原始平台托管，版权归原作者及对应平台所有。我们仅在你主动提交链接时，临时获取该公开内容的媒体地址并返回结果。 SoParse is a link-parsing and format-conversion tool. We do not upload, host or store any video, image or audio file; all content remains hosted by its original platform and owned by its creators. We only temporarily resolve the media address of public content when you submit a link.

2. 提交侵权通知2. Filing a takedown notice

若你是版权所有者或其授权代理，并认为某内容经由本工具被不当访问，请发送邮件至 [email protected]，并包含以下信息： If you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe content is improperly accessed via this tool, email [email protected] with the following:

• 受版权保护作品的描述及其原始链接；A description of the copyrighted work and its original URL;
• 你希望处理的具体链接或页面；The specific link or page you want addressed;
• 你的联系方式（姓名、邮箱）；Your contact details (name, email);
• 一份声明：你善意地认为该使用未经授权，且通知内容属实、你有权代表版权人提出。 A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized, that the notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

3. 我们的处理3. Our response

收到合规通知后，我们会在合理时间内（通常 24–48 小时）核实并采取措施，例如对相关链接做屏蔽处理。由于内容托管在原平台，彻底删除请同时联系对应平台。 Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review and act within a reasonable time (typically 24–48 hours), e.g. by blocking the relevant link. As content is hosted on the original platform, please also contact that platform for complete removal.
